Self-care during the season means once in a while you take the time to indulge in YOU. A slow, quiet, and dark restorative space will assist in keeping you calm and grounded. During this special class we will settle into poses that will help you rest, digest, and ultimately recharge.
Throughout the season wouldn’t it feel wonderful to stay connected to what will really serve your soul? For example saying “Yes” when you really mean it, as well as being able to kindly express “No” when you are not feeling it. Restorative yoga is a receptive practice, so you’ll feel open afterward, interacting with yourself and others in a more loving and clear way.

Do you need experience? Not at all.
What is needed? This style of yoga allows your body to find complete surrender utilizing props – LOTS of props! Yoga DiVita will provide all blankets and blocks needed. It is highly recommended to bring a yoga mat and bolster.
I have come to believe that the support of one yoga bolster is enough to allow us to let go after a long day or summer. Bolsters can be utilized in our group classes, future workshops/special classes, as well as at home. It will serve those of us who experience pain or restriction in our low back, hips, sciatica, hamstrings, and more. It can also be used to open your lungs for better breathing!
To purchase - K.I.S.S Keep It Simple Sweetie! They come in rectangular or round shapes. Pick your favorite color and the shape makes you heart smile. One is not better than the other.
Yoga DiVita is not receiving any monetary kick back from you purchasing one, however I will feel joy when you are practicing free of discomfort!
If you do not want to purchase a bolster, NO WORRIES. You can bring a FIRM pillow from home for this class.
How you will leave? Refreshed. Relaxed. Reconnected. Plus, I will provide treats to awaken ourselves for our physical journey’s home.
